Shipping & Returns


Due to the current situation with Covid19, our shop is closed for regular hours, but we can make an appointment for item pick up. 




Most of our products are available for shipping. However, large or unusual items may only be available for pick up at our shop in Locust Valley. Please email us at silvercreekantiqueandestate@gmail to discuss delivery options.



The policy in our shop when an item is purchased is that you are purchasing an antique/vintage item in As Is condition. As such, we do not accept returns. This policy holds for online shopping as well. We will make exceptions for breakage or damage incurred during shipping. Items are all insured when they are mailed to you, so they are covered for shipping damage. We will work with you and the Postal Service to ensure you receive a refund for your damaged goods. Please contact us for any problems.
